Legal Biography for Richard Croak

Richard Croak is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, a member of the New York state and federal bar, a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys,  The Capital District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Academy. He has been practicing for more then thirty years. Richard has worked for the U.S. Deptartment of Justice and the state of New York. He managed the office of the United States Trustee in Utica New York for six years. He has been involved in many of the largest and most complex bankruptcy cases in the Northern District of New York.
